Help with the app, your account, billing, subscriptions and account deletion. We reply within 24 to 48 hours.

Common questions
- I paid and the Full Plan won't unlock. Open the app → Profile → "Restore purchases". If it still won't activate, write to us.
- I want to change plans. You can switch from monthly to 3-month in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- The AI explanations won't load. They require a connection and the Full Plan. If the problem persists, try again later or contact us.
- Cancel the subscription. Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → CFA Level 1 Test → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Delete your account
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the app:
- Open CFA Level 1 Test and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
Deletion removes your user and associated data from our systems permanently and irreversibly. If you'd rather we do it, write to us from your account's email at soporte@testiumlabs.com with the subject "Delete account" and we'll proceed.
Note: cancelling the subscription does not delete the account, and deleting the account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription (manage it in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
